Let's learn more about this month's WHealthy Warrior!
My Story
How did you learn about WHealthy?
The one and only CD told me to attend the customer service class the following day.
I showed up with bells and whistles on lol
What attracted you to us?
Honestly, the incentive at the time and CD's referral were factors, but I stayed because I was actually learning so much about myself and much more.
What made you stay at WHealthy?
I absolutely love my people here at WHealthy, and I have a great opportunity to help them. Help people! And working with people you love doesn't hurt.
How has WHealthy changed your life?
OMG, it's helped me across the board. I can now say I am "independent" and that in itself is the best feeling coming from being so co-dependent all my life. I now have purpose, and working here has built confidence I never dreamed of having. I believe I can do anything - now I mean anything.
What is a goal you have been able to achieve since/beacuse of WHealthy?
I officially made my last payment to my parents a couple of weeks ago, paying back all the money they loaned me. Yay! And sustaining my sobriety this long (and counting) again this job gives me purpose and motivates me.
How would you describe your journey here at WHealthy thus far?
Soooo good, however challenging sometimes. They believe in me and constantly push me to improve. I'm learning so much. For example, I just completed getting my QBHA! It's a great challenge I gladly accept now.
What would be your response to someone who is interested in WHealthy but is hesitant? Or someone who could benefit from what WHealthy has to offer?
I would say to them, "If I can do it, they can do it." I always stress to them that I am no different from them and have made some really bad choices in my life, but you've got to take advantage of the opportunities given to you. Plus, you'll never know what kind of outcome you'll get until you reach back at those opportunities given. So always take that opportunity to its fullest. I mean look at me now, who would've thought?
Just like I teach them, "You don't have to be great to start but you have to start to be great" - Zig Ziglar
